Apart from being a training center, we are also an authorized testing center for both Prometric. These testing organizations offer certification exams from various vendors such as Microsoft, Lotus, Novell, Oracle, Sun, CompTIA etc. Candidates can sit exams 5 days a week from 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Students that attend our training have the opportunity to take their examinations in the same location. The testing center is also open to non-students. We are able to give discounts to customers who wish to take exams through promotions offered by both testing agent.

Payment Method :

- Credit Card Payment (no VAT 7%), if you register at www.prometric.com
- Please bring along the confirmation letter for verification before sitting for exam.

Postponements / Re-Schedule / Cancellations :

- Please contact Admin at 02-6527060-2 Ext. 489 or E-mail at ctt-exam@hotmail.com at least 2 business days before your exam date.
- Contact Prometric Australia at toll free number: 001-800-611-2401. 001-800-611- 3092 Please allow at least 48 hrs before the registered exam date.

Remark :

1. All Candidates will be requested to show 2 forms of Identification, both with a signature and one with a photo. If you need exam fee quotation and invoice, please specify in your mail clearly and we will send it as per your request. (by email or fax).
2. When you registration is successfully registered, you will automatically receive confirmation email from our testing system.
3. On the testing day, please come early about 0.5 hour before your scheduled exam to allow for checking of identification (2 forms of ID required) as follows:

* I.D. Card or Passport with photo.
* Employee Card or Driving License with signature.

You have to sign-in on the Authorized Center Log Sheet Form and read and sign Candidate Rules Agreement Form before sitting for your exam

For candidates who have booked an examination but they do not attend on the appointed day the exam fee will be forfeited. This also applies to late arrivals if they cannot be accommodated into the schedule for that day.

If there are any problems concerning your test registration, for example, not receiving your exam confirmation, incorrect registration details etc. please inform our testing administrator immediately or at least 2 business days before your exam date. Otherwise, we will assume that your registration information is correct.
